Historic Building Restoration – Greenport Village

Located in the heart of Greenport, this project involved the full restoration of a historic building known for its original architectural details and trim work. Because of its historical status, all exterior elements had to be carefully preserved and restored to their original form.

Our team completely stripped old paint, repaired and rebuilt decorative trims, soffits, fascias, and detailed “carved board” features using specialized restoration techniques. Once all surfaces were repaired, they were primed and painted in a custom color palette featuring bold dark green and black tones, as requested by the client, to create a striking yet historically respectful finish.

This project required extensive preparation — including scraping, sanding, and precision carpentry — ensuring the structure retained its historic character while achieving a renewed, long-lasting appearance.
