This project features a full exterior restoration using an oil-based clear stain to revive the natural beauty of cedar shingles. Each home underwent a complete soap wash and surface cleaning, followed by a thorough drying period to ensure proper stain absorption.
Once prepped, we applied one coat of high-quality oil-based clear stain to bring the shingles back to life—enhancing their rich, natural color and creating that refreshed “wet look” finish. The result is a warm, renewed exterior that highlights the wood’s natural texture while providing lasting protection against the elements.
